All website content, graphics, branding materials, code, and other creative assets produced by KWANG GROUP remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon final payment, ownership of the completed deliverables will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
Some projects may involve third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting providers, payment gateways, or software tools. KWANG GROUP is not responsible for interruptions, outages, or policy changes made by these third-party providers.
